Hatfield Node spans 34,000 m² GLA and 948 parking bays across four interlinked properties — Hatfield Plaza, Hatfield Mall, Standard Plaza and Campus Building in Hatfield, Pretoria. A predominantly middle- to lower-LSM (LSM 4–9) retail node with some office accommodation, it sits within walking distance of the University of Pretoria’s main campus, university residences and the Gautrain Hatfield Station, with strong visibility and high traffic volumes. In March 2026 the interest was merged into Enyuka Prop Holdings in an asset-for-share transaction.
