Acquired between 2013 and 2019 — Sasolburg Mall and Northmead, Vaalgate, Kempton Square and Heritage Mall. These five community shopping centres total 70,000 m² of retail GLA. In June 2025 they were sold to Enyuka Prop Holdings in an asset-for-share swap, through which the shareholders of OneEighty Holdings — Operation Network Enterprises Property Holdings and the Trinitas Continuation Fund gained direct interests in Enyuka.
